First In-Conference Meet Results in Two Wins

The SV Swim and Dive Team took on in-conference rival Pine Richland at home on Monday, January 14th. The SV Natatorium was alive with excitement as the SV Girls continued to roll, beating Pine Richland Girls 112-69. The SV Boys prevailed over Pine Richland Boys as well, 109-69. Two SV Divers made the 200 club, and three SV swimmers secured another 4 individual WPIAL cuts, bringing the team total to 75 WPIAL-qualifying cuts! Sophomore swimmer Kendall Craig earned her 8th WPIAL cut in the 200 Yard Freestyle, making her the only Seneca Valley swimmer to have qualifying times in all eight individual events. Way to go, Kendall!

SV Girls: 112 – Pine Richland Girls: 69

SV Boys: 109 - Pine Richland Boys: 69

The Seneca Valley Boys hold a 6-1 season record to date while the Girls remain undefeated in their AAA conference at 7-0.

Duel in the Pool

The Raiders next take on conference rival Mars at home on Thursday, January 17th, which will also be Senior Night for the Raiders’ seven senior swimmers and divers.
