Pre-season Swim and Dive Conditioning Information

Dive Conditioning is held Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 5:00PM and Swim Conditioning is held Monday & Wednesday 5:40AM - 7:15AM and Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 3:00PM - 5:30PM and Saturday 8:00AM - 11:15AM. NOTE: no one is on the team for the 2024-2025 season until tryouts are complete and the roster is finalized in November.
